一次性根管充填治疗前牙外伤冠折露髓临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察一次性根管充填治疗前牙外伤性冠折露髓的术后反应及临床疗效。方法:选择因外伤致恒前牙冠折露髓的205例患者(520颗患牙),随机分为两组,每组26O颗。实验组予以一次性根管充填治疗,对照组进行常规根管治疗,所有患者均在治疗后7天、6个月、12个月复查,观察术后反应并评价近期疗效。结果:两组患牙根管充填7天后复查,术后反应发生率无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月、12个月后复查,两组成功率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:与常规根管治疗比较,一次性根管充填术后反应发生率及近期疗效无差别,一次性根管充填治疗前牙冠折外伤性露髓值得临床推广。Objective To observe the postoperative reaction and clinical efficacy of disposable root canal treatment in the cure of traumatic anterior teeth fracture. Methods 205 patients with 520teeth （pulp exposed because of traumatic factors）were included,They were randomly equal distribution into two groups. The test group use d disposable root canal treatment,the control group use conventional root canal treatment.Clinical data were recorded after 7days,6 and 12months of treatment. Results The clinical result were similar in two groups,The difference without statistically significant （P〉O,05）, Conclusion Compared with conventional root canal therapy,disposable root canal treatment could achieve a similar satisfaction clinical effect in the cure of traumatic anterior tooth fracture with exposed pulp.
