摘　　要：目的:探索微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用。方法:应用微型种植体支抗治疗39例需要口腔正畸的患者,观察该方法的可行性及其疗效。结果:患者均对微型种植体表现出较好的耐受性,微型种植体本身比较稳定,矫正治疗结束后,所有正畸患者面形良好,效果理想。结论:微型种植体在正畸治疗中可以提供比较理想的支抗,并且操作过程简便灵活,可靠性好,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics for adults. Method A retrospective investigation method was used to collect data of 39 cases accepted micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics,observed the feasibility and efficacy of the therapeutic method. Results The patients were used micro- implant anchorage showed miniature good tolerance, the micro-implant anchorage is stable, when the orthodontic treatment ended, all patients, efficacy of treatment are satisfactory. Conclusion It is valuable about micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics for adults, the advantage of definite effect, easy operation, and safety. Suggest further promotion in clinical.
