正畸联合正颌对于偏突颌畸形患者头影与侧貌的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸联合正颌对于偏突颌畸形患者头影与侧貌的影响。方法:收集2008年2月～2011年10月在本院病房接受手术的偏突颌畸形患者50例,都采用了正颌联合治疗。结果:本组患者经过治疗后,头影测量值逐渐升高,各个时间段对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。同时治疗3月后的复发量为(1.75±0.65)mm。所有患者术后伤口均愈合,唇部畸形得到明显改善,外形满意对称,形态自然,在治疗后都无明显并发症情况发生。结论:偏突颌畸形患者正颌联合治疗能有效提高头影测量值,减少复发量与并发症发生情况,同时有利于侧貌评价,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the cephalometric measurements and side appearance effects of sudden partial jaw deformity patients treated by orthognathic treatment. Methods Selected 50 cases with wards partial sudden jaw deformity treated in our hospital from February 2008 to October 2011,there were adopted orthognathic treatment. Results After treatment,the measurement value of cephalometric were gradually increased in each time period （P〈 0.05）,and the amount of recurrence after 3 months was （1.75±0.65） mm. All patients ＂s were wound healing, the lip deformity were significantly improved,the shape satisfaction were symmetry,and there were no significant complications occurred after treatment. Conclusion Sudden partial jaw deformity patients treated by orthognathic treatment can effectively improve the measurement value of cephalometric, reduce the recurrence of the amount and the complications,while the evaluation of the facial profile should be widely applied.
