晚期血吸虫病合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血的诊疗规范

摘　　要：参考国外最新临床指南,结合我们多年的实践经验,制定晚期血吸虫病合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血的诊疗规范。包括诊断、非手术冶疗、胃静脉曲张和门脉高压性胃病的治疗、急诊手术治疗、术后恢复、手术并发症的治疗、出院后的治疗等,从而为晚期血吸虫病合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血建立一套标准化的流程、路线。Refering to foreign latest clinical guidelines, combined with our practical experience of many years, we formulate the clinical specification of gastroesophageal varieeal hemorrhage in late schistosomiasis, including diagnosis, medical management, therapy of gastric varices and bleeeding, emergent operation, postoperative recovery, the manage- ment of operative complications, as well as follow-up and outpatient management. We try to establish a new standardized flow or a pathway for gastroesophageal variceal hemorrhage in late schistosomiasis.
