摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2008-07/2010-07收治的15例15眼行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的急性泪囊炎患者的临床资料。结果:患者15例15眼中,治愈13眼,好转1眼,无效1眼,有效率93%。结论:鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗急性泪囊炎可以缩短病程,临床切实可行。AIM：To investigate the clinical effect by nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis. METHODS：The clinical data of 15 cases （15 eyes） under nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis from July 2008 to July 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS：The efficiency was 93%, in 15 cases （ 15 eyes）, 13 eyes were cured, 1 eye was improved and 1 eye was invalid. CONCLUSION： Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating acute dacryocystitis can shorten the course of disease and is practicable clinically.
