摘 要:目的:建立上颌恒中切牙切1/3横折及4种断冠再接术的三维有限元模型。方法:通过3DX multi-image micro-CT扫描样本,采用Mimics软件建立完整上颌恒中切牙及在此基础上的切1/3横折和4种断冠再接技术的实体模型,采用Hypermesh软件精修模型,最后应用Ansys软件进行网格划分,并对模型进行可靠性验证。结果:成功建立了上颌恒中切牙切1/3横折和4种常用或比较特殊的断冠再接技术三维有限元模型,模型与临床高度相符。结论:结合运用Mimics 10.0、Hypermesh 10.0、Ansys 10.0等软件建立的上颌恒中切牙切1/3横折和临床上常用的断冠再接术三维有限元模型真实有效,建模方法实用。AIM: To construct three-dimensional finite element models of uncomplicated crown cross frac- ture and four reattaehment preparation techniques on maxillary central incisor. METHODS: Samples were scanned by 3 DX multi-image in combination with micro-CT, and the complete entity models of uncomplicated crown cross fracture and four reattachment preparation techniques on maxillary central incisor were constructed. Then Hypermesh was used for model refinement. Grid division and reliability verification of model were finished by Ansys. RESULTS : Three-di- mensional finite element model of uncomplicated crown cross fracture and four reattachment preparation techniques were successfully established on maxillary central incisor. CONCLISION: The constructed 3 - D model was real and effec- tive, and the modeling method was feasible. The models could be applied in various biomechanics analysis.
