摘　　要：本文全面阐述了浙江艺术职业学院工学结合艺术人才培养模式平台,从理念到实践所进行的探索与取得的成果。即发挥综合艺术院校资源优势,建设覆盖全院的艺术"综合实践+综合展演"工学结合平台;搭建起具有完善先进的硬件,表演与非表演两大类专业融合贯通,相关制度健全有效的综合性、共享性、系统性的综合人才培养模式平台;形成行业特征鲜明、工学结合紧密、多元开放的、在全真艺术情境中开展的艺术人才培养模式。The paper comprehensively expounds the exploration and the achievement of the talents training model of combining work with study in Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art from theory to practice.The academy gives full play of the resources as a comprehensive art college and set up a platform for comprehensive practice and comprehensive exhibition and performance.The platform has advanced hardware,integrates performance majors and other majors and has effective and sound system.The talents training model embraces distinctive features of the industry,closely combining work and study and is open and pluralistic in the context of all true artistic atmosphere.
