摘　　要：目的:探讨cyclinD1、p27和ki-67在鼻咽鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测cyclinD1、p27和ki-67在60例不同分化级别的鼻咽鳞癌组织及20例炎症组织中的表达。结果:cyclinD1、p27和ki-67在炎症及鳞癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义;在鳞癌中,p27与cyclinD1、ki-67的异常表达与肿瘤组织学分级,临床分期相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);p27表达与ki67及cyclinD1表达呈负相关,cyclinD1表达与ki-67表达呈正相关。结论:cyclinD1、p27及ki-67的检测可作为预测肿瘤预后及反应肿瘤恶性程度的参考指标。Objective：To investigate the expressions and significances of cyclinD1,p27 and ki-67 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods： Total of 60 cases of biopsy specimens of NPCs and 20 cases of inflammation tissues which had been embedded with paraffin from 1999 to 2010 in our hospital were collected and immunostained with cyclinD1,p27 and ki-67 monoclonal antidies by means of the streptavidin peroxides method.Results： The high-expression rates of cyclinD1,p27 and ki-67 in carcinomas and inflammation tissues were observed（P0.05）.The aberrant expressions of CyclinD1,ki-67and p27 were correlated with the histological grade and clinical stage（P0.01）.The high-expression rates of cyclinD1,ki-67 and p27 were inversely correlated in NPCS.Conclusion： The combined analysis of cyclinD1,ki-67 and p27 expression is not only an independent factor of prognosis,but also a means of determining the optimum treatment for patient with NPC.
