摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析84例乳腺癌患者治疗过程的营养状况,为乳腺癌患者进行营养支持提供指导。方法:运用回顾性调查的方法,对乳腺癌患者手术前后、每疗程化疗前后的人体测量指标、生化指标、血液学指标进行分析。结果:手术前后及化疗前后患者TP、ALB、HB、TLC及BMI均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:手术、化疗均会造成乳腺癌患者的营养状况下降,但不同治疗时期表现营养状况下降的指标各有侧重。Objective：The nutriture of breast cancer patients was evaluated retrospectively to discuss the importance and necessity of nutritional support during the whole process of treatment.Methods： The retrospective survey method was used before and after surgery for breast cancer patients,before and after each course of chemotherapy.Results： Before and after chemotherapy,total protain（TP）,albumin（ALB）,hemoglobin（Hb）,lmphocyte count（TLC）,body mass index（BMI） decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Surgery,chemotherapy can decrease the nutritional status of patients with breast cancer.
