摘　　要：目的:评价CT增强检查在小儿神经母细胞瘤化疗监测中的作用。方法:搜集经病理证实、临床影像资料完整的小儿神经母细胞瘤患者44例,男26例,女18例,年龄2个月到7岁,平均3.15岁。分为术前组(10例)和术后组(34例)。所有患者化疗前后均行增强CT检查,对比分析化疗前后的CT图像。结果:CT增强检查可以清晰显示原发肿瘤的体积及肿块内钙化的变化,了解肿瘤推挤临近器官或包绕大血管的情况;帮助判断原发肿瘤部位有无复发、残留;明确有无远处转移及其变化。结论:无论是手术前还是手术后化疗,CT增强扫描均是帮助评价小儿神经母细胞瘤化疗疗效的重要手段。Objective：To disscus the role of contrast-enhanced CT in monitoring neuroblastoma chemotherapy effect.Methods：To collect 44（26 boys and 18 girls;age ranged from 2 months-7 years,mean age 3.15 years） pathological confirmed neuroblastoma patients with integrity clinical datas.Divided the patients into two groups： preoperative group（10 patients） and postoperative group（34 patients）.All patients received contrast-enhanced CT scan before and after chemotherapy,the CT images were analysed.Results：Contrast-enhanced CT can clearly demonstrate the changes of primary tumor＇s volume and calcification in tumors;and also can identify the involvement of adjacent structures and the encasement of vessels.Contrast-enhanced CT also helped to identify recurrence or residual and metastasis.Conclusion：Contrast-enhanced CT scan plays an important role in monitoring neuroblastoma chemotherapy effect regardless of preoperation or postoperation.
