摘　　要：目的:研究粘蛋白MUC1在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测53例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、20例交界性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、20例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、20例正常卵巢组织中MUC1的表达情况。结果:MUC1在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的阳性表达率为88.7%,略高于交界性浆液性囊腺瘤中的表达(70%)(P=0.1172),明显高于良性卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(35%)及正常卵巢组织(30%)中的表达(P<0.05)。MUC1的阳性表达与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的临床分期有关(P<0.05),与年龄、组织分级和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:粘蛋白MUC1在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,MUC1可作为判断卵巢浆液性囊腺癌生物学行为和恶性潜能的参考指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of MUC1 and its clinical significance in ovarian serous tumor.Methods： Using immunohistochemical technique（SP）,we examined the expression of MUC1 in 53 ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues,20 borderline serous cystadenoma tissues and 20 benign serous cystadenoma tissues and 20 normal ovarian tissue.Results：The positive expression rate of MUC1 in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma was 88.7%,slightly higher than ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma（70%）（P=0.1172）,obviously higher than benign serous cystadenoma（35%） and normal ovarian tissue（30%）（P〈0.05）.The positive expression of MUC1 was correlated with clinical stage（P〈0.05）,but not with age,histology grade and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of MUC1 significantly contributed to the carcinogenesis and subsequent progression in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and might be used as a reference index of judging biological behavior and malignant potency in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
