完善公立高职院校组织管理机制的探讨

摘　　要：我国公立高职院校在领导体制、内部组织机构设置、管理方式和运行机制等方面存在诸多问题,为此,就公立高职院校组织管理机制问题进行探讨,提出完善公立高职院校组织管理机制的对策及建议:一是改进院校领导体制,完善多元治理机制;二是优化内部组织机构设置和功能,提高机构运行效率;三是推行目标管理模式,充分激发基层潜能和创新活力;四是完善绩效管理制度,改善组织效率。There exist many problems oi leadership system, orgamzational settings, and the management system with the puunc higher vocational colleges in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to make researches into the problem of organizational settings in public higher vocational colleges. This study puts forward the following proposals and countermeasures to complete the management system： a system of multiple governance, an increase of organization efficiency, inspiration of the staff＇s potentiality and creativity, and completion of the post performance salary system.
