摘 要:青藏直流联网工程位于生态系统极其脆弱的青藏高原地区,为维护该区生态环境系统原始性和独特性在全球占有的特殊地位,工程建设过程中的生态环境保护尤为重要。通过分析工程区生态环境特征和工程建设的环境影响特点,运用景观生态学和可持续发展理论,确定了生态保护总体目标,从而进一步提出了工程建设各阶段的生态保护措施。确保了工程区多年冻土环境得到了有效保护,江河水质没有受污染,野生动物繁衍生息没有受影响,线路两侧生态环境和自然景观没有受破坏,将青藏直流联网工程建设成了具有高原特色的生态环保型工程。The Qinghai-Tibet DC interconnection proiect is located in the Tibetan Plateau where the ecosystem is extremelyfragile. It is particularly important to perform the ecological and environmental protection during the construction process to maintain the primitiveness and uniqueness of the ecological environment in this area. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the ecological environment in the project area and the environmental impacts due to the engineering construction, the overall goal of the ecological protection was determined using the landscape ecology and sustainable development theory. Moreover, the ecological protection measures were proposed during the various construction stages of the Qinghai-Tibet IX; interconnection project. These measures can ensure that the permafrost environment in the project area is effectively protected, the water quality in the rivers is not deteriorating, the multiply and live of the wildlife is not affected,and the ecological environment and natural landscape on both sides of the interconnection lines are not damaged. Therefore, the QinghaiTibet DC interconnection projectcould beeome an eeo-friendly project with the plateau characteristics.
