摘　　要：研究了图书馆柔性化服务的特点及构成要素,对图书馆服务进行多角度的审视,对如何提高馆员的素养作出系统的归纳和深入的研究。这不但有助于在图书馆中全面树立"以用户为中心的"现代服务理念,深化图书馆服务工作,更有助于深入认识和掌握图书馆服务工作的规律,促进图书馆事业的可持续发展。This paper studies the flexible service of the library of the features and elements of library services, multiple per- spective, made a systematic and in-depth research, which not only helps the work in the library established in the round＂ user-centric＂ modem service concept, deepening the library service work, more conducive to the in-depth understanding of and the master of library service work of the law, to promote the sustainable development of the li- brary cause.
