摘　　要：大学中的班集体是高校教学活动的基本单位,是学生学习生活的微观环境,也是学生成材的摇篮,实现人格个性化和社会化的重要基地。有效地运用目标方法,将班级的发展目标、学生的成材目标和学校的培养目标有机地结合,能更好地发挥班级的育人功能。实践证明,引进目标管理方法来优化班级管理工作是切实可行且行之有效的。Class is the basic unit of teaching activity in colleges. It is the microscopic environment of students＇ study life, as well as the cradle of talents. It is the important base to realize individuation and socialization of personality. It can better play the role of class education by effectively applying target method and combining the developing goal of class, talents＇ goal of students and cultivating goal of colleges. The practice shows that it is feasible and effective to bring in target managing method for optimizing the work of class management.
