摘 要:为满足纳型/皮型卫星对磁强计高性能的要求,设计基于隧道效应原理的水平式磁强计得到重视。要准确地评价水平式磁强计的性能,功函数是首要考虑的性能参数之一。推导了功函数理论计算公式,介绍了水平式隧穿磁强计的功函数实验内容。通过给梳齿加驱动电压,在隧道电极处产生了隧道电流;通过分析隧道电流和驱动电压的关系,验证确实产生了隧道效应,并计算了相应的功函数。To meet the requirements of a high performance magnetometer used in a nanostatellite, attention has been focused on the design of horizontal tunneling magnetometer. To accurately evaluate the performance of the horizontal tunneling magnetometer, functional parameters of the work function need to be considered first. The theoretical formula of work function is derived, and work function experiments of a horizontal tunneling magnetometer introduced. The tunneling current results from the comb-driving voltage at tunneling electrodes. The tunneling effect occurs, which is identified by analyzing the relation between the tunneling current and the driving voltage. Values of the work function are calculated.
