摘  要:目的筛查和评价上海市地表水、饮用水、桶装水和瓶装水中5种常见酚类(双酚A、4-tert-丁基酚、4-tert-辛基酚、4-辛基酚、4-n-壬基酚)的污染水平。方法分别采集黄浦江和苏州河不同河段河水、以长江为水源的原水、以黄浦江或者长江为水源的饮用水和常见的市售桶装水及瓶装水,经固相萃取富集和净化后,用超高效液相色谱-四极杆串联飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF MS)联用法进行定性和定量分析。结果黄浦江和苏州河各个河段的水样、部分饮用水和桶装水中检测出双酚A,浓度分别为184~782ng/L、6.4~432ng/L和14.4~280ng/L,其余4种酚类未检出;以长江为水源的原水和瓶装水中未检测出上述5种酚类。结论上海市地表水、饮用水和桶装水中均检出双酚A,这应当在今后水质监测中引起足够重视。Objective To screen and assess the levels of five common phenols(including bisphenol A,4-tert-butylphenol,4-tert-octylphenol,4-octylphenol and 4-n-nonylphenol) in surface water,drinking water,barreled water and bottled water of Shanghai city.Methods Surface water from different sites along Suzhou River,Huangpu River,raw water from Yangtze River,drinking water originated from raw water of Huangpu River or Yangtze River,common barreled water and bottled water in market were obtained.The compounds of interest in water samples was concentrated and purified by solid phase extraction,and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by UPLC-Q-TOF MS.Results Bisphenol A was positive in all of surface water samples from Suzhou River and Huangpu River,some of drinking water samples,and barreled water samples with the concentrations of 184-782 ng/L,6.4-432 ng/L and 14.4-280 ng/L,respectively,and the rest of five phenols were not detected.No phenols were detected in raw water from Yangtze River and bottled water.Conclusions The presence of bisphenol A in drinking water,surface water and barreled water should be paid more attention in the future water quality surveillance.
