摘　　要：目的探讨原发性结肠恶性淋巴瘤(primary colon malignant lymphoma,PCML)临床特点,以期提高PCML诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析32例PCML临床资料。结果腹痛、腹部包块、发热、体重下降、大便习惯改变是PCML主要临床表现,其中发热24例(75.0%);PCML好发于右半结肠,回盲部结肠17例(53.1%),升结肠6例(18.8%);病理类型均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤;结肠镜活检病理确诊率为35.7%(10/28);治疗措施以手术为主、联合化疗和放疗;随访26例,5年生存率61.5%。结论 PCML临床表现多样,发热症状较为明显,宜采用以手术为主的综合治疗。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of primary colon malignant lymphoma （PCML） , the clinical features of PCML were discussed in the present study. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with PCML were analyzed retrospectively. Results The clinical presentations included abdominal pain, abdominal mass, fever, loss of weight, and change in bowel movements. There were fever symptoms in 24 cases （75.0%）. The lesions were mainly located in appendix and ascending colon, with 17 （53.1% ） and 6（ 18.8% ）. The pathological examination showed non - Hodgkin lymphoma in all patients. The coincidence rate of endoscopic biopsy with pathology of reseeted specimen was 35.7 percent （10/28）. Surgeries followed by chemoradiotherapy were major treatment. The sum 5 year survival rate was 57.7% in 26 cases followed up. Conclusion PCML is characterized by multiple clinical manifestations. Fever is more common symptom. Comprehensive treatment, including surgery as the major treatment, is a suggested choice for good prognosis.
