摘　　要：随着经济全球化的深入,跨国公司为保持在国际市场上的竞争优势,纷纷将其非核心服务业务向海外转移,服务外包已日渐成为跨国经营的新潮流,这为我国提供了一个发展服务外包的良好机遇。基于概述跨国公司服务外包的发展,分析当前我国承接国际服务外包的现状和问题,并提出我国承接服务外包的对策建议。With the development of economic globalization,in order to maintain competitive advantage in the international market, multinational companies move their non - core services business to overseas. Outsourcing of services have become increasingly transnational operations of new trend for China,which provides a service of development a good opportunity for outsourcing. This paper summarizes the development of multinational service outsourcing on the basis of analysis of the status and problems of international service ontsoureing, and puts forward the countermeasures of China＇ s service outsourcing development.
