摘　　要：目的:研究亚低温对局灶性脑缺血小鼠梗死灶大小的影响。方法:取16只C57小鼠,用线栓法制作局灶性缺血模型,平均分为两组,一组行低温处理,一组处于室温下,缺血再灌注24 h行TTC染色,计算梗死体积。结果:低温处理的小鼠,脑梗死体积明显小于未处理的小鼠。结论:对局灶性脑缺血而言,低温具有保护作用。Objective： To study the effect of the mild hypothermia on the infarct volume of the brain after the reperfusion of middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） . Method： 16 C57 mice were divided into control group and mild hypothermia group, the mice in mild hypothermia group were induced MCAO and the skull temperature were kept at 33 - 35℃, control group were kept at 37℃ ,24 hours later, mice were killed and stained with TTC solution, calculate the infarct volume. Result：The infarct volume of the brain Of the mice in control group was larger than that of mild hypothermia group. Conclusion：Mild hypothermia has the protective effect at the MCAO model.
