摘  要:目的:通过螺旋CT扫描三维重建,从解剖学方面探讨肾解剖结构对肾结石形成的影响。方法:选择40个正常肾和40个结石肾进行尿路多层螺旋CT扫描并进行三维重建,测量肾盂输尿管连接处直径、肾盂肾下盏漏斗部夹角、肾下盏高度、肾大盏宽度和长度,计数肾小盏数量,采用SPSS13.0软件包对所测量数据进行统计学分析。结果:两组肾的肾盂输尿管连接处直径、肾下盏高度、肾大盏宽度和长度、肾小盏宽度无统计学差异;两组肾的肾小盏数量、肾盂肾下盏漏斗部夹角具有统计学差异。结论:肾结石的形成可能与肾小盏数量以及肾盂肾下盏漏斗部夹角密切相关。Objective: To explore the effect of renal anatomy to renal calculi formation by the three-dimensional CT reconstruction (3 DCT) in spiral CT. Methods :40 noncalculous kidneys and 40 calculous kidneys were scanned , images were reconstructed using techniques of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and shaded volume rendering(SVR). The nreteropel- vie junction (UPJ) diameter, lower infundibulopelvic angle ( LIPA), lower calyceal height, calyceal width and length, mi- nor calyceal amount were measured and compared with each other. All the data were analysed statistically with SPSS 13.0 software. Results:The difference of ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) diameter, lower calyceal height, calyceal width and length difference was no significant, the minor calyceal amount and lower infundibulopelvic angle was statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion:The minor calyceal amount and lower infundibulopelvic angle are closely related to renal calculi forma- tion.
