摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌同时或异时合并其他部位原发癌者的临床病理特征,从而有利于其预防和个体化治疗。方法:采用回顾性分析方法将1989年1月～2009年12月间天津医科大学总医院231例住院子宫内膜癌患者分为两组。A组:同时或异时合并其他部位原发癌(多原发癌)患者。B组:单纯子宫内膜癌患者。比较两组临床病理特征的差异。结果:多原发癌患者占9.96%(23/231),平均发病年龄56.3岁,以结直肠癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌及宫颈癌常见。A组手术-病理Ⅰ期患者占43.48%,明显低于B组的61.54%(P=0.004 8),A组预后明显较B组差(P=0.021 7)。结论:子宫内膜癌合并多原发癌占全部子宫内膜癌的9.96%,平均发病年龄为56.3岁,手术-病理分期期别晚,预后差。Objective： To explore the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with multiple primary neoplasms, analyze prevention and individualized treatment. Methods ： Two hundred and thirty - one patients with endometrial carcinoma who were treated in the hospital from January 1989 to December 2009 were analyzed by retrospective analysis, then they were divided into two groups. The cases in group A were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma combined with multiple primary neoplasms, while the cases in group B were diagnosed as simple endometrial carcinoma. The clinicopathological characteristics of the cases in the two groups were compared. Results： The cases with endometrial carcinoma combined with multiple primary neoplasms accounted for 9. 96% （23/231 ） of the whole cases, the mean onset age was 56. 3 years, coloreetal cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and cervical cancer were common diseases. The cases of surgical - pathological stage I in group A accounted for 43.48%, which was significantly lower than that in group B （61.54%） （P =0. 004 8）, the prognosis of cases in group A was worse than that of cases in group B （P =0. 021 7） . Conclusion： The cases with endometrial carcinoma combined with multiple primary neoplasms accounted for 9. 96% of the whole cases, the mean onset age was 56. 3 years, surgical - pathological stage was late, and the prognosis was poor.
