摘　　要：郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症,包括以前称为嗜酸性肉芽肿、汉-薜-柯综合征、莱特勒西韦病3种疾病。郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症呈现以小脑共济失调、认知损害等进行性中枢神经系统损害为特征的表现。Langerhans cell histocytosis（LCH） is a rare disease caused by uncontrolled clonal proliferation of Langerhans cells.Eosinophilic granuloma,Hand-Schuller-Christian syndrome and Litter-Siwe disease were included in LCH.Central nervous system involved in LCH has been described as a progressive neurological disorder marked by motor and cognitive decline.
