摘　　要：应用自制药芯焊丝对铸铁压榨辊壳进行ＣＯ２点堆焊，在壳体上形成大量“菠萝丁”状焊钉；对堆焊处理辊壳力学性能及微观马形貌进行了测试分析；上述成果已初步成功应用于广西糖厂。Our self-made flux-cored wire is applied to CO2 shielded spot-surfacing on cast iron sugarcane mill roller shells, then a great many of pineapple-like droplets are generated: the tests on the mechanical ability and micro-apperance have been carried through; we have applied these fruits successfully to the sugar refineries in Guangxi.
