蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对脑出血大鼠神经功能评分与脑水肿的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠脑出血后神经功能缺损评分、血肿周围脑组织形态学和含水量的动态变化及蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊的干预作用。方法:将75只大鼠随机分为假手术组、脑出血模型组(简称模型组)、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊高剂量组(简称"高剂量组")、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊中剂量组(简称"中剂量组")、蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊低剂量组(简称"低剂量组")各15例。采用自体血注入法制备脑出血大鼠模型。采用Zea Longa 5分制法进行神经功能缺损评分,在光镜下观察各组大鼠脑组织形态学改变,干湿重法测脑组织含水量。结果:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊低、中、高剂量组较模型组神经功能缺损评分降低,神经细胞肿胀程度减轻。与模型组比较,低、中、高剂量组脑含水量均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与低剂量组比较,中、高剂量组脑含水量均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能明显减轻脑水肿,改善脑出血大鼠神经功能缺损症状,且存在一定量效关系。Objective： To investigate the nerve function deficit score after cerebral hemorrhage,the perihematoma morphology,the dynamic changes of water content and intervention role of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule.Methods： 75 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,the cerebral hemorrhage model group（model group for short）,high-dose Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule group（high-dose group）,medium-dose Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule group（medium-dose group）,low-dose Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule group（low-dose group）,15 cases in each group.Autologous blood injection was used to prepare the cerebral hemorrhage rat model.Zea Longa 5-point scale method was used to score the neurological deficit and to observe the morphology changes of brain tissue in each group under light microscope,and wet and dry weight method was used to measure the brain water content.Results： The neurological deficit scores of the low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group was lowered,and the degree of swelling of the nerve cells became reduced compared with the model group.Compared with model group,the brain water content of low,medium and high-dose groups were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Compared with the low-dose group,brain water content of the medium and high-dose groups were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule can significantly reduce the cerebral edema and improve the cerebral hemorrhage symptoms of neurological deficit,and there is a certain dose-effect relationship.
