摘 要:目的:介绍一种新的骨肿瘤在体灭活保肢技术。方法:对2009年~2011年收治的恶性和侵袭性骨肿瘤9例,采用插入式微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活,辅以手术前、后化疗及免疫治疗,并按Enneking标准评价肢体关节功能。结果:平均随访4.5个月,目前患者均存活。对肢体关节功能评价:优7例;良2例。结论:插入式微波天线阵列诱导高温原位灭活骨肿瘤,并辅以化疗、免疫治疗,安全、有效,可望普及推广。Objective:To introduce a way of in vivo inactivation and limb salvage of bone neoplasms.Methods:To evaluate the limb and joint function of the hyperthermia induced by inserted microwave antenna arrays to treatment 9 cases sufferred with malignant and aggressive bone tumors and assisted with chemotherapy and immunotherapy pre and postoperatively,which were in-patient from 2009 to 2011.Results:The follow-up averaged 4.5 months and the survival rate was 100%.Among them,The joint function was assessed as follows:7 cases excellent and 2 good.Conclusion:The hyperthermia induced by inserted microwave antenna arrays to deal with the malignant and aggressive bone tumors,assisted with chemotherapy and immunotherapy pre and postoperatively, was safe and efficient.It may be generalized and popularized.
