前列地尔治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探研究分析前列地尔(前列腺素E1脂质微球liposome prostaglandin E1,Lipo-PGE1)治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效及对血气分析、血液流变学的影响。方法:将78例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组40例与对照组38例,对照组采用吸氧、抗感染、强心、利尿、纠正酸碱失衡及电解质紊乱、改善呼吸功能等常规治疗。治疗组对照组治疗基础上给予前列地尔10ug加入5%葡萄糖10ml内静脉注射,1次/d,14天为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率71.05%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血气分析及各项血液流变学指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭,可有效地提高肺心病的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective： Research and analysis Lipo-PGE1 treatment of the clinical efficacy of chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure on blood gas analysis, hemorheology.Methods： 78 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 40 cases and control group 38 cases, The control group using oxygen, anti-infection, strong heart, diuresis, correct acid-base imbalances and electrolytes disturbance, improve the respiratory, function by the conventional treatment. The treatment group based on the control group therapy to Lipo-PGEll0ug join within 10ml 5% glucose intravenous, ltimesdaily,14days forlcourse.Results： treatment group of Total effective rate 92.50% , control group total effective rate 71.05%, Effect of treatment group better than the control group, differences of significance （P〈0.05）. Therapeutic group with the control group for blood gas analysis and hemorheology after differences were statistically significant compared（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Lipo-PGE1 treatment Chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure, which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of pulmonary heart disease, and worthy of promotion.
