摘 要:以空调联箱多支管件为研究目标,分析它在内高压成形过程中产生的主要缺陷,并提出在管坯中加入芯轴的解决方案。运用有限元方法对变形过程进行模拟分析,讨论不同芯轴放置位置,不同芯轴长度,不同芯轴内径大小,不同芯轴形状对起皱开裂的影响程度,得出了最佳的芯轴方案。结果表明:在管坯中放入芯轴来缓解缺陷的方案是可行的,这个方案不仅可缓解缺陷,还可提高支管高度。空调联箱多支管中长度为22mm、外径为11.5mm,内径为5mm的芯轴最为合适。Multi-way tube on air conditioning header was considered as research objectives,the main defects were analyzed and the core shaft solutions were given in the hydro-forming process.The finite element simulation method was utilized to simulate the deformation process.The influences of core shaft position,core shaft length,diameter size and core shaft shape on the defects were analyzed,and the best core shaft solution was obtained.The results show that the solutions of core shaft for air hundling unit are feasible.The height and quantity of tubes can meet the requirements.The scheme can not only alleviate the defects,but also improve the branches height.Air hundling unit,the best solution is length 22 mm,out diameter 11.5 mm and inner diameter 5 mm.
