油脂碱炼水洗废水用于脱胶的研究

摘　　要：对油脂碱炼过程中的水洗废水处理后,用于毛油的脱胶。通过单因素与正交试验,确定了最优脱胶工艺条件:碱炼水洗水添加量为油质量的10%,时间35 min,温度75℃,搅拌速度70 r/min,在此条件下,得到脱胶油的磷质量分数为9.6 mg/kg,脱胶油280℃加热试验合格。The washing waste water in the process of Alkali refining of oil after treatment is used for crude oil degumming.In the lab,through the single factor and orthogonal tests,the optimum conditions are determined as follows： washed wastewater amount,10% of lipid;the degumming time,35 min;the degumming temperature,75 ℃;the stirring speed,70 r/min. The phosphorus content of the obtained degumming lipid under the above conditions is 9.6 mg/kg.The heating experiments of degumming oil at 280 ℃ are qualified.
