摘 要:我国目前有超过一千所高校设立设计专业,年招生总数更多达三万余人。随高校扩招以来,很多问题也随之而来。师生比例发生严重变化,学生质量与教育质量下滑,就业难等问题愈演愈烈。一直以来,高等院校的专业艺术教育都在探索其发展道路。从政府宏观调控,到学校的招生制度、学科建设、课程设置、教师素质的培养提高等,各方面的讨论层出不穷。但老师、学生和就业的矛盾依然突出。如何改革创新?本文从招生制度和课程设置入手,立足于"以人为本",提出对高校设计专业教育创新的思考和对策。China now has more than one thousand colleges and universities setting up the design major,enrolling a total of more than 30,000 students a year.With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,many problems also come out,such as the change of the ratio between students and teachers,the declining of student quality and education quality,the employment and so on.Colleges or universities have all the time had their professional art education in the exploration of its development way.From the government's macroscopical adjusting control to the school's enrollment system,discipline construction,curriculum,teachers'quality training,people from various areas discuss this emergence in an endless stream.But the contradictions of teachers,students and employment are still prominent.How to reform it? This article put forward to the innovation and countermeasures for the design major in colleges and universities education from the educational system and curriculum setting based on the "people-oriented" view.
