摘　　要：中日两国文化交流具有两千多年的历史,其中饮食文化交流是一个重要组成部分。中餐在食材、种类及制作方式上对日本料理都有着深刻影响,但中餐与日本料理的相异之处又是显而易见的。文章试从中餐的传入历史为着眼点,分析了中国饮食文化在日本的传播途径及现状。China and Japan share a long history of more than two thousand years in cultural communication,among which dietary culture behaves as an important part.Chinese food has exerted profound influences on Japanese cuisine in the aspects of food material,food style and methods of making cuisines.Nevertheless,it is evident that Chinese food is much different from Japanese cuisine.This paper discusses the history of how Chinese food is spread to Japan,and attempts to analyze the transmission and influence of Chinese dietary culture in Japan.
