摘　　要：选取2007年5大类12个指标对20个服务外包基地承接能力进行分析,并提出相应地增强服务外包承接能力的政策建议。With the aid of 12 indexes from 5 categories in 2007,this paper makes an analysis of the undertaking ability of 20 service outsourcing bases,and furthermore,delivers some corresponding policy suggestions about the way to improve the ability of undertaking service outsourcing.
