摘 要:柴油发动机由于具有动力性强、故障率低等独特的性能优势,使其在车辆与工程机械的动力系统中得到了广泛的应用。喷油泵是柴油发动机燃料供给系统中的一个关键部件,该总成部件在使用过程中可能会因为机械磨损等原因而出现喷油、调速失准的情况。喷油与调速失准将会导致柴油发动机工作性能下降甚至失效。为了准确地恢复喷油泵的喷油与调速性能,构建了喷油泵及其调速器的模块式检测试验平台,并以具体喷油泵为例,研究了喷油泵的试验方法,且根据柴油发动机工况的需求,明确了喷油泵及其调速器的调试校准方法。Diesel engine has been widely used in vehicle and mechanical power systems due to its unique performance advan- tages of powerful dynamic and lower failure rate. The injection pump which is the key component in the diesel engine fuel supply system, may lead to inaccurate injector and speed governor because of mechanical wear. Thus the engine may work harmfully even failure because of the injector inaccuracy. In order to renew the fuel injection and speed governor performance, the testing platform for fuel was constructed in the article. Taking the injection pump as example, the test calibration method of injection pump and speed governor were determined based on the operation condition of the diesel engine.
