优化测评制度激励学生发展与提升素质——以成都大学旅游文化产业学院为例

摘　　要：高校各级各类奖学金起到了引导大学生努力学习、立志成才的良好作用,也为部分学生的学习生活提供了重要的经费来源。作为奖学金评选重要依据的大学生综合素质测评,应不断优化测评制度,有效凸显其对促进学生学习成才的激励功能,增加对学生核心就业力和道德素质的测评。Various kinds of scholarships of different levels in universities not only play a very important role in guiding students to study hard and to be determined to be talents but also provide major funding for some of the students′ lives.The diathesis evaluation,primarily based on the scholarship,should be improved by optimizing the evaluation system,effectively highlighting its encouraging feature of developing students′ learning capabilities and talent and adding the evaluation of their core capabilities in finding jobs and their moralities.
