摘　　要：目的:总结食管类癌的临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后。方法:回顾性分析经病理确诊和治疗的5例食管类癌患者的临床资料和生存时间。结果:5例食管类癌的中位生存期75.5个月,同期食管鳞癌的中位生存期34.0个月。结论:食管类癌非常少见,淋巴结转移度小,应采用手术为主的综合治疗,预后良好。Objective： To summarize the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of esophageal carcinoid tumor（ECT）. Method： Clinical data of 5 patients pathologically confirmed esophageal carcinoids,The data and survival time were retrospectively analyzed. Result： The median survival time was 75.5 months in ECT while was 34.0 months in ESCC. Conclusion： Carcinoid tumor of esophagus is a rare esophageal disease,and the regional lymph-node metastases are less frequency.Initial surgical treatment combined with other therapies is suggested.For the prognosis is better.
