摘  要:研究了在硫酸介质中 ,溴化钾催化下 ,碘酸根氧化二甲酚橙褪色的最佳条件。其最大吸收波长 λmax为 4 30 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,碘浓度在 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5ml范围内呈线性关系。方法用于测定加碘食盐中碘 ,回收率可达 98.0 %~ 1 0 1 .3% ,结果满意。The optimum conditions for the oxidation of xylenol orange by iodate in a H 2SO 4 medium and in the presence of KBr were studied in this paper. The maximum absorption is at 430nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.3×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 , and the linear range of determination is 0~30μg/25ml. Based on these studies a new photometric method for the determination of microamounts of iodine is proposed. It has been used for the determination of iodine in iodates, and the recorery is between 98%~101.3%.
