EDTA抗凝及其保存时间对外周血异型淋巴细胞计数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨未抗凝外周血与乙二胺四乙酸盐（EDTA）抗凝外周血在三个不同保存时间段异型淋巴细胞计数的差异，以指导外周血异型淋巴细胞计数标本的合理留存。方法分别对未抗凝外周血与EDTA抗凝1、2、3h外周血进行涂片、染色、镜检，计数100个白细胞中的异型淋巴细胞。结果EDTA抗凝1、2、3h的外周血异型淋巴细胞与未抗凝外周血异型淋巴细胞差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论外周血异型淋巴细胞计数可以用EDTA抗凝，且保存时间在至少3h以内的计数结果都是可信的。Objective To study the difference of atypical lymphocyte count between peripheral blood without an-ticoagulant and EDTA anticoagulated peripheral blood at 3different periods, and to approch the influence of EDTA on atypical lymphocyte count. Methods After blood smear of peripheral blood without anticoagulant and EDTA antico-agulated peripheral blood after 1 h,2 h,3 h prepared and stained respectively, we counted 100 leukocytes by micro-scope, and atypical lymphocytes were classified and counted. Results The count result of atypical lymphocytes in pe-ripheral blood without anticoagulant and the EDTA anticoagulated at 3 different times showed no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion We could use EDTA anticoagulated peripheral blood for atypical lymphocytes count, and the count results of saved sample are credible at least within 3 hours.
