摘　　要：文章从知识管理角度研究中医的传承与发展,初步确定了中医医者个体隐性知识的测评指标,为今后选拨真正可以继承中医药学精华的优秀人才提供了一定的参考依据。This article discussed the inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） from the perspective of knowledge management and established the individual tacit knowledge evaluation indexes of the Chinese Medicine doctor.It provided a reference for selecting the talents who can inherit the essence of TCM.
