摘　　要：文章以运城学院图书馆河东文化资源专题数据库建设为例,介绍了组织和建设河东文化资源专题数据库的步骤,从需求、特色、优势等方面分析了河东文化资源专题数据库建设的意义及定位,着重探讨了其信息采集、框架结构、功能设置、软件平台的选择以及信息发布检索,并阐述了数据库体系架构的建立和系统软件开发过程中引发的思考。This essay makes a case study of the thematic database construction of Hedong culture resources,introduces the necessity,characteristics and advantages of the construction of this thematic database in the library of Yuncheng College.The authors of this essay emphatically expound the structure of the database and the exploitation of the software of the system from the following aspects： information collection,structural frame,function design,selection of the platform and the retrieval of the information,etc..
