摘　　要：参考美国医学物理家协会工作组TG-43号报告提供的方法,计算了125I种子源体内近程治疗源吸收剂量及其剂量场分布,同时用自显影方法实际测量了125I种子源剂量分布。理论计算和实际测量结果均表明,125I种子源剂量集中在近距离范围内,剂量在1 cm距离内衰减很快。Absorbed dose and distribution of dose fieldin bodyfrom125I brachytherapyseed source are calculated by usingthe methodology presentedinthe AAPMTG-43,and measured bythe method of autoradiography.Boththe theoretical calculation andthe experimental measurement are consistent.It shows that the dosefromseed source concentrates basically within short-distance range with prompt attenuation within 1 km of source location.
