摘 要:采用盘形制动系统的城市轨道交通车辆由于线路涂油、环境潮湿等原因容易导致轮轨黏着系数降低,从而增加车轮踏面擦伤的风险,现介绍新研制的城轨车辆用踏面清扫瓦,并成功应用于重庆地铁6号线车辆。实际线路测试证明踏面清扫瓦效果良好,实施踏面清扫后,轮轨黏着条件明显改善,有效降低了车轮踏面发生擦伤的风险。The wheel-rail adhesion coefficient of the urban rail vehicles,which are equipped with disc brake system,decreases easily because of damp condition,lubrication rail condition and so on.For this,the risk to scrape on wheel tread has been increased.In this article,a tread clean block has been developed and successfully applied in the vehicles of Chongqing Metro Line6.The actual line test showed this block had a good effect.The condition of wheel-rail adhesion has been remarkably improved after using this block.For this,the risk to scrape on wheel tread has been effectively lowered.
