摘　　要：新加坡工会通过建立与政府的共生关系和与资方的伙伴关系,在积极参与三方协商、依法开展集体谈判、适时兴办经济实体、全力做好会员服务等方面,发挥了重要作用。其成功经验,对我国当前进一步创新工会工作,具有启示意义和借鉴意义。Singaporean trade union is participating in consulting with the third party through establishing the intergrowth relationship between government and employers.In the meanwhile,it holds collective negotiation.And it develops the enterprise and serves for the members.It plays its role well and the successful experience will be significant to promote new work of the trade union.
