肿瘤干细胞标记物CD166CD44v6在食管癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨cDl66及cD44v6在食管癌中的表达，探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测cDl66及CD44v6在食管癌中的表达，分析其与临床及病理各参数的相关性。结果食管鳞癌组织中CDl66蛋白表达的总阳性率为76．19％。其表达率在性别和年龄之间无明显区别，但是在肿瘤浸润、分化程度以及淋巴结转移上有着明显的差异。CDl66与CD44v6蛋白表达的一致性一般。结论CDl66和CD44v6的表达与食管癌的恶性程度以及侵袭、转移程度相关。Objective To investigate the expression of CD166 and CD44v6 protein in esophageal cancer, and the relationship betweenCD166 expression and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer. Methods CD166 and CD44v6 protein expression were evaluated in the tissues of 42 human esophageal cancer by using immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of CD166 was 76.19% in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） tissue. There was no difference between genders and ages. But the cD166, CD44v6 expressions were related to primary tumor invasion, metastasis of lymphnodes and pathological grading. Conclusions Expression of CD166 and CD44v6 might be important biological markers in ESCC and they might be related to the biological behavior of ESCC.
