摘 要:目的观察食管鳞状细胞癌癌灶、癌旁组织、癌转移及非转移淋巴结中Fas、FasL蛋白的表达情况,探讨它们在食管鳞癌发生发展中的作用及其临床意义。方法收集食管鳞癌患者的癌及癌旁组织,转移及非转移淋巴结,应用免疫组化S—P染色技术测定以上组织Fas、FasL的表达情况。结果Fas蛋白表达在癌组织中55.6%低于癌旁组织85.19%(P〈0.05),高分化癌组织84.2%高于中分化44.4%和低分化25.0%(P〈0.05),伴淋巴结转移癌组织38.1%低于无淋巴结转移者66.7%(P〈0.05),转移组淋巴结33.3%低于非转移组66.7%(P〈0.05);FasL蛋白表达在癌组织中81.5%高于癌旁组织48.2%(P〈0.05),高分化57.9%低于中分化92.6%和低分化100%(P〈0.05),T2期66.7%低于T3期96.0%和T。期100%(P〈0.05),伴淋巴结转移癌组织100%高于无淋巴结转移者69.7%(P〈0.05),转移组淋巴结71.4%高于非转移组的42.4%(P〈0.05);比较临床TNM分期,Fas及FasL蛋白阳性表达率则未见差异(均P〉0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织中存在Fas表达下调,FasL表达上调,并在食管鳞癌的发生转移中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Fas and FasL protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, Paracancerous tissues as well as in metastatic lymph nodes and non-metastatic lymph nodes. Discuss the effection them may cause in development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Tissues of cancerous tissue and adjacent tissues, metastatic lymph nodes and nonmetastatic lymph nodes were collected in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma , and they were measured by SP immunohistochemical staining of Fas and FasL expression. Results Fas expression in esophageal carcinoma was 55.6% less than that in adjacent tissue,which was 85.19% ( P〈0.05 ) , FasL expression in esophageal carcinoma was 81.5% and was higher than the adjacent tissues ( 48.2% ) , ( P〈0.05 ) , Fas expression was 33.3% in those with lymph node metastases ans was lower than those with non-metastasis group(66.7%), ( P〈0.05 ) , FasL expression was 71.4% in those with lymph node metastases arts was higher than those with non-metastasis (42.4%), ( P〈0.05 ) ; Fas and FasL expressions have relations with tissue differentiation, lymph node metastasis, no relations with the TNM staging. Conclusions The expression of Fas is down-regulated, FasL is upregulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and they play a role in the metastasis.
