摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织髓样细胞白血病蛋白-1(Mcl-1)蛋白的表达与临床病理特征的相关性及其与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法用组织芯片和免疫组化的方法检测148例胃癌组织、20例胃正常组织(含正常胃黏膜组织及癌旁正常胃组织)中Mcl-1蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织、胃正常组织中均有Mcl-1蛋白的表达,定位于细胞浆中,着色呈淡黄色至深棕色;胃癌组织、胃正常组织Mcl-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为83.78%(124/148)、60.00%(12/20),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.464,P=0.011)。胃癌组织中Mcl-1蛋白的表达随肿瘤分化程度的降低而增强,与是否伴有淋巴结转移相关;但与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度等无关。结论胃癌组织中Mcl-1蛋白的表达增高,与胃癌的发生、分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To study the expression of Mcl-1 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Tissue microarrays containing gastric cancer tissue（n=148） and gastric normal tissue（n=20） were prepared and the expression of Mcl-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that gastric cancer tissues and gastric normal tissue both had the expression of Mcl-1 protein,located in the cytoplasm,pale yellow to dark brown color.In gastric cancer tissues and gastric normal tissue Mcl-1 protein expression rates were 83.78%（124/148）,60.00%（12/20）,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（χ2 = 6.464,P=0.011）.In gastric cancer tissues,the expression of Mcl-1 protein with lower degree of tumor differentiation was enhanced,and was associated with lymph node metastasis,but not associated with the patient＇s age,sex,tumor size,and the tumor infiltration depth（P0.05）.Conclusion The Mcl-1 protein expression of the gastric cancer tissues is heightened,which is closely related with the development of gastric cancer,its differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis.
