摘　　要：目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2010年11月至2011年12月15例单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术的临床资料,以手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后住院时间作为参考指标,评估手术安全性及有效性。结果:15例手术均获成功,无一例中转手术。切口长度平均4 cm,手术时间40～160 min,术中出血量10～100 ml,术后排气时间1～3 d,术后住院1～4 d。结论:单孔腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术安全、有效,具有患者创伤小、术后康复快的优点,有望成为胃间质瘤切除的新选择。Objective：To explore the clinical value of laparoendoscopic single-site（LESS） resection of gastric stromal tumor（GST） with a homemade single-site device.Methods：Clinical data of 15 patients who underwent LESS resection of GST from Nov.2010 to Dec.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Operation time,blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were collected to evaluate the primary outcome,safety and efficacy.Results：All patients were treated successfully without open conversion.The mean length of incision was 4 cm.Operation time ranged from 60 to 110 min.Intraoperative blood loss was 10 to 100 ml.Postoperative exhaust time was 1-3 days.Hospital stay was 1 to 4 days.Conclusions：The LESS resection for GST is feasible and safe which is associated with little trauma and fast recovery.It may be a promising option for GST.
