摘 要:纱线气圈面的曲线外形在第一象限内是十分接近简单正弦曲线,但进入第二象限后则逐渐偏离该正弦曲线,在到达颈部时更形成显著差别。环锭纺纱时,如果钢领钢丝圈位置逐步接近该气圈颈部就将造成气圈崩溃和纱线断头。这里给出了气圈颈部曲面的近似表达式及气圈颈部最小半径的近似计算,计算结果与精确解很接近。The yarn balloon configuration approximates very closely to a sine curve within the 1 st quadrant ( φ < 90°) , but deviates from it gradually in the 2nd quadrant (90°<φ<180°) until the balloon neck is approached, where the discrepancy becomes obvious and significant. It would cause balloon collapse and yarn breakage in ring spinning, should the ring and traveler approach this neck portion. In this paper, the approximate equations of the balloon neck surface and of the minimum neck radius are derived, which compare well with more precise solutions.
