摘 要:目的检测乳腺癌耐药蛋白(ABCG2)和核因子κB(NF-κB)p65在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测34例鼻咽癌和10例正常鼻黏膜组织中ABCG2和NF-κB p65的表达。结果鼻咽癌组织中ABCG2及NF-κB p65的阳性表达率分别为58.8%和64.7%,正常鼻黏膜中分别为10.0%和20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组织ABCG2表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关,NF-κB p65表达仅与临床分期有关,两者呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.01)。结论 ABCG2和NF-κB p65可能共同在鼻咽癌进展中有一定的促进作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of ABCG2 and NF-KB p65 in human nasopharyngeal cancer and its clin- ical significance. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of ABCG2 and NF-KB p65 in 34 human nasopharyngeal cancer samples and 10 normal nasal mucosa samples. Results The positive expressions of ABCG2 and NF-KB p65 were 58.8% and 64. 7% in nasopharyngeal cancer samples, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal nasal mucosa samples ( P 〈0. 05). Positive expression of ABCG2 correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but not with patient's gender, age and tumor location. Positive expression of NF-KB p65 only correlated with clinical stages, but not with other pathological parameters. ABCG2 and NF-KB p65 were positively related(r =0. 694,P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The correlation be- tween expression of ABCG2 and NF-KB p65 implies both play important roles in enhancing metastasis and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
