摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法对安徽省中学篮球训练的内、外环境展开分析。认为:受传统观念影响安徽省中学篮球训练学训矛盾严重,参训人员数量较少,竞赛组织水平有待提高;安徽省中学篮球训练资金来源少、渠道单一,各中学普遍具有较好的篮球文化氛围,但学校发展竞技篮球训练的意愿不够强烈。The paper analysizes basketball training Environment by the methods of experiment,interview and literature review.That： affected by the traditional concept of serious learning and training conflicts of Middle Schools basketball training,the small number of trainees,and the level of the organization of the competitions to be improved;Middle Schools basketball training funding sources,a single channel,all secondary schools generally have a good basketball culture atmosphere,but the wishes of the school development of competitive basketball training was not strong enough.
