摘 要:[目的]研究9种药用植物粗提物对3种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。[方法]采用生长速率法测定了采自西双版纳热带植物园的9种药用植物丙酮粗提物对茄链格孢菌(Alternaria solani)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和香蕉炭疽菌(Colletotrichum musae)的抑菌活性。[结果]在不同的植物样品浓度(0.100、0.010和0.005 g/ml)下,9种药用植物丙酮粗提物对3种供试植物病原真菌的菌丝生长均表现出一定的抑制活性,抑菌率在3.5%~87.0%。[结论]凤仙花(Impatiens balsamina)对3种植物病真菌菌的抑菌率为12.8%~87.0%,穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata)则为40.0%~69.8%,二者具有进一步研究和开发的价值。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the antifungal activities of extracts from 9 medicinal plants on 3 phytopathogenic fungi. [ Method] The antifungal activities of extracts from 9 medicinal plants in Xishuangbanna tropical botanical garden on Alternaria solani, Fusarium solani, and Colletotrichum musae were determined by growth rate methods. [ Result] The results indicated that acetone extracts with different concentration (0. 100,0.010 and 0.005 g/ml) from the 9 medicinal plants showed inhibition activities on the mycelia growth of 3 sampled phytopathogenic fun- gi ,and the inhibition rate were from 3.5% to 87.0%. [ Conclusion] The inhibition rates of Impatiens balsamina on 3 fungi were from 12.8% to 87.0% ,and from 40.0% to 69.8% ofAndrographis paniculata. The I. balsamina and A. paniculata had values for further research and develop- ment.
